New PTG Software: The PTG IVR Simulator

We are pleased to announce the first of our software projects, the PTG IVR Simulator. The PTG IVR Simulator lets you quickly and easily design and simulate a new IVR call flow. You can create several variations of an IVR and test them with end users / customers to determine which one delivers the best experience.
Key features include:
- High quality text-to-speech synthesis so you don’t have to use a voice talent
- Simple and easy flow charting means large call flows take just a few hours to build
- Modules include message, menu, input, confirmation, transfer and exit
- On-screen tracing of the flow during simulation lets you check your designs
- Standards compliant with AS/NZS 4263:2003
The IVR Simulator was developed over the last 12 months by Jalal, our systems engineer. There is a trial version available along with full user documentation and a sample IVR model to try out. We welcome your feedback!! Rage, our new Indian development partner, is working hard on version 2, which will see some significant enhancements to the modules and other functionality.
