Craig Errey — Founder and Managing Director
Craig is the founder and Managing Director of The Performance Technologies Group. He has 10 years experience in usability and user interface design and is a leading practitioner and researcher in usability and user interface design. Craig's primary role is the research, development and implementation of the company's IP and methodologies to ensure PTG continues to lead the market in innovative products and services.

Ray Bradbery — Chief Operating Officer
Ray is an industry veteran having been involved in IT since the early 1970s. Ray has undertaken most roles within the industry including head of Strategic Planning in a major bank and a number of CIO, CEO and VP roles. Ray has also been an advisor to a large number of technology companies on the future directions of technology to satisfy the needs of business. After leaving the consumer side of technology he has held Senior Executive roles in a number of innovative software companies. Ray holds an MBA from Macquarie University.
