Neil Jones

Neil Jones Neil is the Managing Director and the very active Principal Consultant of Neil Jones Consulting.  He is a leading Australian practitioner in the facilitation of executive team projects and leading projects aimed at aligning organisational structures and people systems to corporate vision and strategic direction. 

He has over 25 years experience working as a facilitator within organisational change environments.  He has a corporate teaching/coaching style which is highly effective with groups or individuals when applied to either strategic planning or leadership development challenges.  He also specialises in coaching and mentoring Board Directors & senior executives.

Neil’s has managed a portfolio career consulting, at the highest levels, to both private and public sector clients in Australasia, in all the major industrial, commercial and enterprise market segments.  During the 1990s, he led the establishment of the first human resources development consulting business for Morgan & Banks in Australia. 

He is currently the Chairman of the Symmetry Consulting Network  (a virtual consulting cooperative), and is a Principal of ProSource Australia (a consulting and resourcing firm providing specialist services to the NFP sector).

Neil holds a BA (Syd U.) (Psychology & Mathematics), a Diploma of Adult Education (U.N.E.) (Curriculum R&D) and a M. Ed (U.N.E) (Cont.).  He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Neil is passionate about caring for, and challenging, his customers.  For a number of long-standing customers he has become their ‘trusted advisor’ in matters relating to vision for the future, building and sustaining culture, planning and implementing organisational change and people performance.  He revels in providing advice for, and being deeply involved in, the most challenging corporate problem solving situations.
