PTG has five board members:

Craig Errey — Founder and Managing Director
Craig is the founder and Managing Director of The Performance Technologies Group. He has 10 years experience in usability and user interface design and is a leading practitioner and researcher in usability and user interface design. Craig's primary role is the research, development and implementation of the company's IP and methodologies to ensure PTG continues to lead the market in innovative products and services.

John Errey — Director
John is founder and Managing Director of The Veridian Group Pty Ltd, a consulting company providing Interim Management solutions. The Veridian Group has provided services through Executive Interim Management or directly to, amongst others, Sportsgirl/Sportscraft, Yates NZ, Australian Hearing, Chloride Power, Mitre 10 and BMW Sydney.
Neil Jones — Director
Neil is the Managing Director and the very active Principal Consultant of Neil Jones Consulting. He is a leading Australian practitioner in the facilitation of executive team projects and leading projects aimed at aligning organisational structures and people systems to corporate vision and strategic direction.
Mal Anderson — Director
Malcolm is one of the founding directors of changedrivers. He is Principal of the Risk Management and Change Practice and advises and leads organisational change projects to achieve business goals through embedding new culture and practices. This has given him an excellent understanding of the development needs of enterprises undergoing change and the strength of holistic corporate thinking in improving performance.
Tom McCann — Director
Tom specialises in electronic performance support systems to manage the introduction of new technology in the workplace. Working with the HR team, Tom helps develop features and functions, the interface, and the implementation strategies to ensure organisations achieve significant benefits from new technology. Tom also heads up our Boston Office.
